Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is accomplished as promptly as possible - usually the same or next business day - usual delivery times are indicated on each product page.  Custom-made mirrors obviously require fabrication time in addition to time in transit.  Most shipments are made without restriction, but higher priced mirrors require a customer signature.  Please note:  Requesting 2nd day air or overnight shipping does not change the amount of time required for manufacturing or for your mirror to leave the warehouse; it only affects time-in-transit.
Privacy & Security
Our privacy policy is simple.  We do not and will not sell or trade or in any way divulge your personal information including your email address, to any third party except on a need-to-know basis.  An example of need-to-know is the shipping company to which we must divulge your name, address, and at times phone number and email address.  Credit card information is held in a separate, secure server, accessable only at our  location.  Exactly two employees have access to that information.
Returns & Replacements
We want to make it easy for you to return any mirror with which your are not happy.  But there are necessary restrictions.  Custom-made mirrors may not be returned.   Some very high-priced mirrors have restocking fees. Otherwise the general procedure is within 30 days, email customer service at whereupon a return authorization will be issued and a return label sent to you via email.  We will deduct the cost of the return label from the amount refunded to you.  If the mirror was shipped to you free of charge, we will deduct our cost of shipping to you from the amount we refund to you.  For our complete return policy please see our Terms & Conditions.
Upon placing your order an email confirmation will be emailed to you within minutes.  (If you don't see it soon, check your spam folder.)  Shipping estimates are based on information supplied to us by the carrier and/or our experience, and usually correct witthin a day.  Keep in mind that this is not a promise, but our best estimate based on prior experience.  We ship from various locations in California, Kansas City, and Texas. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, or PayPal.  Additionallywe offer payments over time with Klarna.  Refunds are made via the same method used for payment.  Our pricing is competitive but if you find a lower price including shipping (or free shipping) for the identical product at a website which is not the manufacturer's website and which is not a "clearance" item, we will beat that price by 10%.
Viewing Orders
If you have an account with us click "My Account" at the upper left and log in.  With an account, there are numerous options available to you there including "My Orders" where you can view your current and past orders.
Updating Account Information
Click "My Account" at the upper left and log in.  There you have the capability to view and/or change each of the items associated with your account including your Account Information, addresses on file, view orders, billing arrangements, your wishlist, newsletter subscription, and more.
