If you are not happy with your purchase Perfect Makeup Mirrors is happy to accept your return. Please see conditions, below.
Note: Most makeup mirror returns are for a single reason: "Too Big". Dimensions for every product are given - consider carefully to avoid purchasing a mirror that's "too big". Remember, mirrors close up and personal, are much larger than they might appear on the website.
Conditions:
A return must be requested within 30 days of the date received.
Returned products must be new, unused and in condition for resale in original intact packaging. If repackaging is required a 10% fee ($20 minimum) will be charged.
Exceptions:
Custom-made products such as mirrors from Miroir Brot, TV Mirrors, Smart Mirrrors, and Cristal&Bronze products, as well as others. Custom made products are clearly indicated on the website. Once production has begun for products in these categories, a refund can no longer be issued.
Hardwired mirrors that have been connected to electrical wiring.
Replacement parts.
A few Closeout and "Open Box" products - as indicated..
Exceptions will of course be made for defective items or items damaged during shipping to you.
RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED: When you request a return, we will email to you, a FedEx or UPS return shipping label.  Take your carefully re-packaged product to a Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, Walgreens, UPS or FedEx Store, or any authorized drop point. Insurance is included. We will deduct our actual discounted net cost of return shipping from the amount that we refund to you.Â
If you choose NOT to use our return shipping label, please advise us at service@perfectmakeupmirrors.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RGA) number. Returns sent collect or without our label or RGA number will usually be refused, but if such a return is accepted, a $20.00 processing fee will be charged.
From Canada:  Contact us at service@perfectmakeupmirrors.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RGA) number and return address. Be certain the RGA number appears on the outside of the package. Ship via FedEx or UPS prepaid.
RESTOCKING FEES:  Only one restocking fee is charged for one product type:    • Mirrors with magnifications of 15x or greater - $25.
FREE SHIPPING:  Free shipping applies to ground shipments within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
RETURN SHIPPING:  Our UPS cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded. In the case of shipments direct from France, Germany, etc., shipping in both directions will be deducted from the amount refunded.

LED lighting at 4,628 Lumens with a CRI of 80+. The LED color is adjustable in steps from Warm (3,000k) to Neutral (4,500k) to Cool (6,500k). At 4,500k the LEDs mith 9,256 Lumens - twice as bright. The soft-close hinges open to 155 degrees. Inside the cabinet there are adjustable 8mm thick glass shelves. Open the door to find an LED-lighted 3x magnifying mirror that flips out and is vertically adjustable for easy viewing - and it's detachable. Also inside, there's a double electrical outlet and two USB ports. The doors are mirrored inside and outside as is the back wall, and the mirrors are high quality polished-edge 5mm pure silver backed, for the best reflectivity. Lighting is controlled by a touch sensor on the door face what has On/Off/Dimmer functions. Short press for On/Off, and long press for dimmer functions. Another sensor button steps through the three LED color settings. Also on the door face is a convenient digital clock. Aquadom Signature Royale Offset 3-Door LED Medicine Cabinets feature Lighting through a frosted band surrounding the entire door-face mirror set, emitting 4,250 Lumens of LED lighting, switchable to 3,000k (Warm White) and 6,500k (Cool White). At 4,500k, the LEDs emit 8,500 Lumens! Twice as bright.
On the door face, touch sensor buttons include On/Of/Dimmer with short press for On/Off, long press for Dimmer. Another sensor button steps through the three LED colors, and finally there's a convenient digital clock.
Built-in defogger keeps the mirror clear after a shower, and interior lighting comes on automatically when the door is opened.
Inside, a flip-out, height-adjustable, LED-lighted, detachable 3x magnifying makeup mirror is height adjustable - perfect for different users.
The interior back wall is mirrored and the door is mirrored on both sides, and all mirrors are 5mm, quality glass, pure silver backed with polished edges.
Inside, there's a dual electrical outlet and two USB ports. There are also adjustable 8mm glass shelves - 3 in the 30" High cabinets, 4 in the 36" cabinets.
